Stephen Anen, Ph.D.
Dr. Anen is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in both psychotherapy and psychological assessment. He holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the Graduate Center - City University of New York (CUNY) in addition to an undergraduate degree from Princeton University. He currently is Adjunct Clinical Faculty at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (LSUHSC) as well as serves on the Board of the New Orleans-Birmingham Psychoanalytic Center (NOBPC). Dr. Anen has served as the Co-Chair for the 2018 Annual Spring Meeting of the American Psychological Association Division of Psychoanalysis (39). He has also previously been Project Director at the Trauma and Addiction Project (TAP) within the City College of New York. While earning his doctoral degree, Dr. Anen received an Enhanced Chancellor's Fellowship in addition to the Vera Paster Community Award for efforts within his program and the Barmack Prize for best empirical dissertation.
