Stephen Anen, Ph.D.
Dr. Anen is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in both psychotherapy and psychological assessment. He holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the Graduate Center - City University of New York (CUNY) in addition to an undergraduate degree from Princeton University. He currently is Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (LSUHSC) as well as serves on the Board of the New Orleans-Birmingham Psychoanalytic Center (NOBPC). Additionally, Dr. Anen is the Co-Chair for 38th Annual Spring Meeting of the Division of Psychoanalysis (39), American Psychological Association, in New Orleans April 18-22, 2018. He has previously been Project Director at the Trauma and Addiction Project (TAP) within the City College of New York. While earning his doctoral degree, Dr. Anen received an Enhanced Chancellor's Fellowship in addition to the Vera Paster Community Award for efforts within his program and the Barmack Prize for best empirical dissertation.
