Life events, work, and relationships can often be experienced as part of a repetitive pattern. Sometimes these cycles can seem confusing, frustrating, and overwhelming. In other moments, one can feel stuck, challenged by transitions, as well as limited in their individual and interpersonal satisfaction. Finding ways to better process and manage these experiences through greater insight as well as developing new and more flexible choices is a goal of Delta Mental Health. 

We are currently accepting new patients for psychotherapy in both Missouri (Clayton) and Louisiana (New Orleans). Please call 504-408-1170 to set up an initial appointment. The first few sessions will be used to discuss goals, interests, and concerns as well as for the patient to examine whether the treatment relationship feels collaborative and respectful. Feedback is provided and recommendations for next steps will be discussed.

Delta Mental Health will file claims for insurance processing. Dr. Stephen Anen is currently an in-network clinical psychologist for Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO as well as Gilsbar insurances. He is an out-of-network provider for all other insurances. Unfortunately, he cannot accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time.
