Dr. Stephen Anen is committed to the process of change.
In my practice as a psychologist, I strive to help patients achieve greater agency, self-awareness, and purpose within their lives. I also believe that improved psychological well-being has the potential to not only address areas of distress, such as depression, anxiety, anger, stress, self-esteem issues, and trauma (including PTSD), but to open up new opportunities within relationships and professional pursuits. To do so, I combine training and expertise in psychotherapy along with respect for each individual’s life experience and perspective. Through exploration, insight, and collaboration, the patient and psychologist will work together to address concerns as well as to develop and achieve goals.
